Bharatam World School has a completely fair and impartial policy when it comes to selecting students for admission and the applicant’s/ parent’s professional and personal history has no bearing on it either.
The academic year is from April to March. Admission to all classes are open from November. Admission for the Pre Primary classes are based on first come first served basis besides an interaction with the parent as well as the child.
The school will be upgraded every year as a new class will be added to increase one grade level. It will eventually have classes till the plus 2 (Class 12 level).
The following Documents to be provided to the school at the time of admission:

- * Attested Photocopy of Birth Certificate
- * School Transfer Certificate in original (Not applicable for Pre- Nursery)
- * Attested Photocopy of Marksheet / Report Card (Not applicable for Pre- Nursery)
- * Residential Proof
- * One Passport sized photograph of Father / Mother / Guardian
- * Two recent passport sized photographs of the child
